History

• The Company was established in 1987 by Eugene Malan based in City Centre Roodepoort
• Later joined by his brother Leon Malan, establishing E Malan and Associates CC
• The company then relocated to Ontdekkers road, Florida offering a variety of business services and later registering as a training centre providing trainees with a 3 year SAIPA learnership
• The firm was joined by Maria Atouguia and Tersia Jacobs in 1990
• Company ethos has been maintained that the EMA group of companies service small to medium entities but with service and products offered by larger Accounting practices
• Clients originate from a diverse selection of industries
• Aimed at assisting private individuals and small to large organisations with their Accounting and Taxation requirements

Affiliations

• We are members of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) a registered body of Professional Accountants
• Our Tax Consultants are members of SAIT (South African Institute of Tax Practitioners)
• Two of our Branches are Accredited as training centres with SAIPA, offering a 3 year Fasset/SAIPA learnership to Trainee Accountants
• Our SAIPA membership ensures that we provide a quality and compliant service to our clients
